Important: We only access the specific calendar you choose to connect. We cannot see or access any other calendars in your Google account.

Encorebook uses your calendar data exclusively to:

• Identify concert events: We scan your calendar entries to find events that appear to be concerts or music-related
• Organize your concert history: We categorize and display your past concert attendance
• Show upcoming concerts: We highlight future concert events you have tickets for
• Enhance your music discovery: We use your concert history to provide personalized music recommendations

What we Don't Do

Encorebook is committed to respecting your privacy. We explicitly do not:

• Modify, edit, or delete any events in your calendar
• Create new events in your calendar
• Access calendars you haven't shared with us
• Share your calendar data with third parties
• Sell your data to advertisers or other companies
• Store unnecessary personal information

Data Storage and Security

• Encrypted transmission: All data transfers use HTTPS encryption
• Minimal storage: We only store concert-related event information, not your entire calendar
• Secure servers: Data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure
• Access controls: Only authorized Encorebook systems can access your data

Your Rights and Control

You maintain full control over your data:

• Revoke access: You can disconnect your calendar at any time through your Google account settings or within Encorebook
• Data deletion: When you revoke access, we delete your stored calendar data within 30 days
• Data export: You can request a copy of your stored data at any time
• Transparency: You can see exactly which events we've identified as concerts in your Encorebook dashboard

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Encorebook's use of information received from Google API's adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited User requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure: Encorebook's use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving our concert tracking and music discovery features. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.

Third-Party Services

While we don't share your calendar data with third parties, Encorebook may integrate with music services (like Spotify) to enhance your experience. Any such integrations:

• Require separate authorization from you
• Are clearly disclosed before connection
• Only share the minimum necessary information (like artist names from your concerts)

Data Retention

We retain your concert-related calendar data only as long as:

• Your account remains active
• You maintain the calendar connection
• 30 days after you disconnect your calendar or delete your account
